Production and Estimated Delivery Time
Each item is crafted with care, so please allow approximately 3 – 5 business days for your order to be made or printed. Production time can vary depending on the size or complexity of your order, but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 1 – 4 business days. Please see the next section for our delivery options
Delivery Options
1. Local Pickup in Cape Town
Near Sunningdale? Skip shipping fees with free local pickup! Select this option at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready within 3 – 5 business days. We’ll reach out via email or WhatsApp (whichever you prefer) with pickup details, and you can collect your order from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
2. To Your Door Delivery
For a flat rate of R109, we’ll bring your order straight to you, wherever you are in South Africa.
3. Delivery to a Pudo Locker (operated by The Courier Guy)
If you’d prefer the convenience of pickup, choose Pudo Locker delivery for R79. (Before selecting this option, check that there’s a convenient Pudo Locker nearby by clicking here to learn how it works and find your closest locations.)

Please note: If your package isn’t picked up within 24 hours of receiving the PIN code, it will be sent to the closest Pudo Kiosk or Depot.
